Giving Clubs

Your participation in the Hope and Healing Foundation’s Giving Clubs signifies your commitment to our community and your desire to help others have access to excellent healthcare right here at home.

We invite you to become a member of our Giving Clubs and enter a select group of caring and involved individuals, businesses, and organizations who have made a personal pledge to promote healthcare excellence in our communities. Listed below are the different Giving Clubs that you can join.

The Cornerstone Club recognizes individuals and families who make annual contributions from $250 to $10,000. In recognition of becoming a member of the Cornerstone Club, you will receive the following:
— A recognition item indicating your level of support
— An invitation to an annual donor recognition event.
— Your name is included on donor listings in the Hope and Healing Foundation newsletter and
website.
— Special invitations to hospital events and programs.

The Enterprise Society is composed of businesses, corporations, clubs, and organizations that make a one-time gift or a multi-year pledge of $3,000 or more. In recognition of your support as an Enterprise Society member, you will receive:
— An invitation to recognition events.
— Your company name included on business donor listings in the Hope and Healing Foundation
newsletter and website.
— Special invitations to hospital events and programs.
— Check presentation photos.

Visionary Society recognizes community-minded individuals and families who make a one-time gift or multi-year pledge of $10,000 or more. In recognition of your membership in the Visionary Society, you will receive:
— An invitation to recognition events.
— Your name is included on donor listings in the Hope and Healing Foundation newsletter and
website.
— Special invitations to hospital events and programs.

All physicians making a minimum annual commitment of $1,000 will be recognized as a member of the Physician Giving Society. Your contributions through the Physician Giving Society are greatly appreciated and will be recognized in the following ways:
— Physician Giving Society members’ names will be posted in physician areas and other public
locations.
– Members will receive a unique Physician Giving Society lapel pin.
— Exclusive invitations to Physician Giving Society events.
